Elaine Goodman is on the forefront of the shift to software and XaaS as a strategy lead within the Global Partner Organization of a Fortune 100 company. She works across the business to help translate company business strategy into partner success in areas such as new routes-to-market, new end-customer growth, value-add services, and cloud. She has been dedicated to working within the channel, across the company’s business groups, end customer types, and geographies. Her specialties include innovating and incubating next generation strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to launch the associated global incentives. Several have won awards, such as CRN’s 5-Star Partner Program and Incentive & Motivation Awards Best Global/International Incentive Program. Most recently, Elaine launched the agency route-to-market for Cisco.
Elaine has spent her career helping clients to grow new revenues and increase profitability, especially with digitally driven solutions. From within American Express Incentive Services, digital agencies, and start-ups, Elaine has been hands on bringing sales, marketing, and performance solutions to companies ranging from start-up through Global 100. Brands that she has worked with include Toyota, Toshiba, Callaway, National Football League (NFL), and her own ecommerce business.
Elaine holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Based in the Los Angeles area with her husband, she pursues her love of sport and the outdoors every day possible. Empowerment is one of Elaine’s top values. She brings this to life in volunteer efforts like being a Board co-lead for Women of Cisco Americas (whose mission is to attract and develop female talent in technology) and mentoring students from her alma maters.
